Spherualizer is the app for viewing panoramic 360 degree photos and recording video from them, but did you know that you can also use it to create stunning Apple Watch faces?
Follow me in this tutorial as I explain how I created this beautiful Watch Face for my Apple Watch.
The first thing you are going to need is a 360-degrees photos such as those captured with a insta360 or a GoPro Max.
Works best with 360-degree photos, however you can use it with any picture. Just enable the option Experimental Features on Spherualizer’s Settings. Now you can create Tiny Planets and Watch Faces with any picture.
In this tutorial we will use a 360-degree picture by Bob Dass which comes embedded with Spherualizer.
If you can’t find the image in Spherualizer you can download the original version from Flickr and import it on Spherualizer. Please read the license before downloading it.
Once you have this picture loaded on Spherualizer tap on the Tiny Planet button, which is the second button from the bottom left. From the Tiny Planet screen you can rotate with the slider or zoom with a pinch gesture to further customize what will be your watch face.
When you are done with your personalization, open the action menu and choose Create Watch Face.
Now a new screen is presented allowing you to choose between two types of watch faces. Photos Watch Face is the best option in this case, but you can choose whatever option you prefer based on your image.
Then we can choose a Linen blue/Eucalyptus color that will give the watch face a more professional look. When you are done with your personalization tap on ADD to send this watch face to your Apple Watch.
